All classes are taught by Jim Janicik, a 6th generation lineage holder of Yang family Tai Chi Chuan, who brings over 35 years of experience in Neijia practices to his students. He founded Neijia Arts with the intent of sharing the practices, knowledge, and experience with others so that they can be live on in modern times and beyond.
All Neijia Arts classes are held at Greensquare Health Center in the Lower Level Education room
