Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing practice that combines physical movements and breathing with a calm, meditative state of mind. It is used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial-arts training and as a method of cultivating and balancing “Qi” or “life energy”.

Ba Duan Jin
Is one of the oldest and most popular Qigong sets and consists of 8 exercises that are easy to learn and can be practiced by people of all ages. These exercises date back to the Song Dynasty (960-1279) and provide excellent health benefits to those who practice them on a regular basis.
Clinical tests in China have proven that Ba Duan Jin:
- Strengthens the bones and muscles in your lower and upper body
- Improves your posture and balance
- Reduces tension & stress

Yi Jin Jing
Yi Jin Jing consists of a set of 12 challenging Qigong exercises. It emphasizes a full range of stretching, turning, and flexing of the tendons and
muscles. These movements combine softness with strength by stretching and holding the body in specific positions for extended periods of
time, while simultaneously using the mind to relax any tension that arises.
