Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art that consists of slow, continuous movement coordinated with mindfulness and balanced breathing. Sometimes referred to as “meditation in motion,” it is a form of exercise that teaches us to move from our center using proper alignment and posture and is an effective means of developing and maintaining a healthy mind and body.
