8 Foundation Forms of Tai Chi Chuan

 During this 4-week class, you will be introduced to the basic principles of Tai Chi and learn 8 essential Tai Chi movements that create the foundation
for practicing the old and hidden styles of Yang Family Tai Chi forms.


This program will prepare your for all Secret Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan programs.

Secret Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan - "Heaven"

 The traditional small frame form created by Yang Lu Chan and taught to family members and private students. It was personally transmitted to me through a direct line of five teachers.  The “Heaven” form section includes the first 16 continuous forms of the original 120 form set. 


We will start each class with continual training of the 8 Foundation Forms , followed by review and instruction of the traditional form and its corresponding drills.
